Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive SEO audits and technical optimizations for high-traffic enterprise websites, focusing on Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and schema markup.
- Develop and execute advanced content strategies that align with user intent and search algorithms, ensuring topical authority and topical relevance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement schema, structured data, and technical SEO best practices.
- Drive content performance through data-driven content planning, keyword research, and topical authority building.
- Analyze complex analytics data to identify opportunities for organic growth, reporting directly to C-level stakeholders.
- Manage a team of junior SEOs and content writers, mentoring them in advanced SEO and content strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic.
- Deep understanding of Google's latest algorithm updates and search behavior.
- Proficiency in technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and schema.
- Strong content strategy skills, including keyword research and topical authority.
- Experience with technical SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics 4.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
