- Lead employer branding initiatives for technical talent in emerging tech sectors
- Analyze market trends to forecast talent demands and compensation benchmarks for 2026 tech landscape
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing ATS/AI recruitment stack integration
- Collaborate with CTO office to define future skill requirements for quantum-AI convergence roles
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with 3+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record placing specialized technical roles with compensation $150K+
- Expertise in AI-assisted sourcing tools (SeekOut, Hiretual, Gloat)
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape and future skill requirements
- Strategic mindset with data-driven recruitment analytics experience
- Strong network in technical communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche conferences)
- Certification in Technical Recruiting (CTR) or equivalent preferred
