Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for software engineering, data science, and product roles.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to ensure immediate coverage for critical roles.
