Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for software engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to ensure immediate coverage for critical roles.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional, candidate-centric experience through every stage of the interview process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Offer Management: Negotiate offers and close candidates competitively within the market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of placing engineers in high-growth environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles (React, Python, Go, AWS).
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
