Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage cash handling, end-of-shift deposits, and inventory control accurately.
- Enforce all hotel policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Conduct daily briefings and shift handovers to ensure clear communication.
- Build relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict resolution effectively.
