We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of hotel operations during their shift.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel front desk and lobby areas to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage staff schedules, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, safety regulations, and health codes.
- Monitor inventory levels for amenities and supplies, initiating reorders as necessary.
- Train and mentor new employees to maintain high service standards across the team.
- Conduct nightly shift reports and reconcile cash and credit transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations or shift management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
