Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Handle guest requests promptly and escalate complex issues to management.
- Assist with light administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
