Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent serves as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment methods.
