Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy rates
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold strict brand standards and safety protocols
- Act as hotel ambassador providing local recommendations
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera/PMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Indiana driver's license preferred
