Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests with speed and precision using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Execute emergency procedures and ensure guest safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Texas Food Handler certification (or obtain within 30 days)
