Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/out processes for high-profile guests
- Handle reservation inquiries and optimize room allocations
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Upsell premium services and dining experiences
Qualifications
- 1+ years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Valid NC driver's license (required for valet duties)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of local attractions and dining options
