Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to all guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally, route messages, and handle correspondence promptly.
- Informational Support: Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and hotel amenities.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, update guest profiles in the PMS, and maintain accurate records.
- Security & Safety: Monitor front desk security cameras and ensure the lobby area is clean and organized.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries or complaints with empathy and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality or front desk reception is preferred but not required for our urgent hire.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of hotel software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
