As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings and efficient check-in/check-out services for all guests.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and speed.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge requests, including local recommendations and transportation.
- Operate hotel property management systems (PMS) and POS terminals.
- Maintain a pristine lobby environment and ensure the front desk area is organized.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hotel experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Must possess a friendly, outgoing personality and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
