Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line telephones, processing payments, and handling inquiries.
- Resolve guest complaints efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Update guest information in the property management system (PMS) accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
