Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage front office staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle high-level guest relations and resolve complex complaints to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's budget, including payroll and operational expenses.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote hotel packages and local attractions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all brand standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel front office management.
- Proven track record in guest relations and staff leadership.
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
