Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and guest requests promptly to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property meets luxury standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
