Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms and suites, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Bed Making: Ensure all beds are made to the highest standard with crisp linens and fresh amenities.
- Laundry & Linen: Change bed linens, towels, and guest amenities; sort and process laundry as required.
- Amenity Restocking: Monitor and replenish bathroom toiletries, coffee, and other guest amenities to ensure a stocked room.
- Common Areas: Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and public restrooms.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a consistent schedule.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills are essential.
