Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes with speed and accuracy.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and restaurant reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
