Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms) to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Make beds to exact specifications, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Empty trash bins, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets and rugs thoroughly.
- Sanitize bathrooms, mirrors, and fixtures; replace used towels and toiletries.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
