Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in common areas and guest rooms.
- Assisting guests with inquiries, directions, and resolving any issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborating effectively with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Performing light administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and answering phones.
- Adhering to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
