Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures and room requests.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
