Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including answering inquiries, processing reservations, and handling complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior staff members to foster a positive team culture.
- Process payments, verify identities, and adhere to all security and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel, resort, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet guest demands.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
