Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for all guests.
- Guest Relations: Build lasting relationships with guests by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and anticipating needs with a personalized touch.
- Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and amenities to ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to ensure weddings and corporate functions run smoothly from start to finish.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing operational budgets to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, hospitality, or a related customer service role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively in real-time.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and POS systems is a plus.
- Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hotel schedule.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
