Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel lobby, front desk, and guest services to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage and supervise a diverse team of staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance across all property areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with culinary and housekeeping departments to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in budget management for departmental expenses.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the city when necessary.
