Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently while maintaining personalized service standards
- Manage room inventory and reservations using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Contribute to daily revenue targets through strategic sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience in luxury properties
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet duties)
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
