Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional service standards
- Monitor financial metrics including occupancy rates and revenue
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Implement and maintain brand standards and safety protocols
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and industry trends
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Delphi)
- Valid North Carolina Food Protection Manager certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
