Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Handle high-level guest relations and resolve complex complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery across all amenities.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- A valid state food service handler's license.
