Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling with a smile.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby and public areas at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process credit card payments securely.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure room readiness.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnights.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift luggage (up to 50lbs).
- Flexibility to work as part of a diverse team in a high-energy environment.
