Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations and room assignments accurately using hotel management software.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas maintain a pristine and welcoming appearance.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping schedules to ensure timely room turnover.
- Monitor security protocols and report any maintenance issues to the engineering department.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operations during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or shift work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new property management systems quickly.
- Flexibility to work across different hotel departments as needed.
