Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Adapt schedules to cover 24/7 operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (early mornings, nights, weekends)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid Georgia driver's license (if required for role)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- COVID-19 vaccination required per state mandate
