Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily deposits accurately.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail handling, wake-up calls, and processing payments.
- Uphold all hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
