Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform cleaning duties for guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system.
- Assist with check-out procedures and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
