Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and courteously.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software (e.g., Opera, Madeline).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
