Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist with front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure pristine guest rooms and public areas
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments for seamless event and dining services
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and property operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
