Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Manage room assignments and inventory through night audit procedures
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards in appearance and service delivery
- Complete end-of-shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Opera or similar PMS systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
