The Role
We are looking for individuals who are committed to excellence and cleanliness. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked, and furniture is arranged according to the hotel's design standards.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or safety hazards, to the engineering department promptly.
- Handle laundry and linens with care, ensuring proper sorting and folding.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling instructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
