Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, checking them in/out efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby areas, and back-of-house operations to meet high industry standards.
- Shift Management: Accurately manage daily shift logs, cash handling, and inventory control for amenities and supplies.
- Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues with grace and efficiency, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Security: Adhere to all safety protocols and security procedures to protect hotel assets and guest privacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays to cover shift work.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
