Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (morning, evening, overnight)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform room inspections and maintain cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency (reservation systems)
- Valid Texas Driver's License (if driving required)
