Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces including windows, mirrors, and bathroom fixtures.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and restock amenities (soap, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are stored safely and used according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
