Location: Nashville, TN
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Strip and make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure all areas are ready for new arrivals.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the maintenance department immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
