Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are stocked and ready for new arrivals promptly.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
- Maintain a high level of organization and inventory control for cleaning supplies and linens.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, hygiene regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
