Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities, dining packages, and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain detailed shift reports and occupancy logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (for valet duties)
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque tourism attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
