Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and answering inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and workstations.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards are met.
- Process payments and manage small cash transactions accurately.
- Support special events and banquet services as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we train the right candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
