Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/check-out, concierge assistance, and special requests
- Manage room inventory, coordinate housekeeping schedules, and ensure impeccable room readiness
- Oversee food and beverage operations in our signature restaurant and lounge
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Food Handler's or ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
