Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming calls and manage guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and common areas.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and special requests.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Upsell hotel amenities and promote our loyalty programs to guests.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
