Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (day, evening, overnight)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
- Operate hotel management systems and POS terminals
- Assist with emergency procedures during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
