Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across all hotel departments during assigned shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Enforce safety and security protocols during shifts
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and POS knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid state ID and work authorization required
- Customer service certification a plus
