Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or maintenance)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software systems
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to all hotel policies and safety protocols
- Complete shift reports and handover documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required for position)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly
