Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficientlyHandle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage billing transactions
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid Texas driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish fluency a plus
