Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all touchpoints including check-in, check-out, and concierge services
- Manage room assignments, handle special requests, and resolve guest issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards consistently
- Assist in training new staff and maintaining service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Indiana hospitality certification (if applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
