Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell premium rooms, amenities, and local experiences to maximize revenue
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proven ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Marriott, etc.)
- Valid Indiana state hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
